How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders normally take between 4 - 7 working days to arrive with the customer.
Do you offer next day delivery?
No. As all products are created after orders have been placed next day delivery is not possible. However, we do believe that our timescales for delivery of between 4 - 7 working days to be more than acceptable.
Returns and refund policy
90 DAY RETURNS POLICY
You don’t need to return products to us and go through all the hassle and costs involved if you want us to consider a refund or a replacement. All we ask is that you provide us with photos of the fault, the error, the damage, or whatever it is that is giving you cause to raise a query.
Send these photos with a covering message to support@snapdesigncreate.com. Upon receiving them we’ll respond to you quickly regarding a resolution.
No hassle for you, no need for a delivery firm, much easier and quicker to deal with issues, and far better for the planet and for our children's futures.
We reserve the right to request a product be returned to us in the event that a resolution cannot be reached using photos of the product.
PRODUCT REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE
What about if you make a mistake when you create your design.
We want a happy, satisfied customer, so we'd much rather fix any problems you might have. Despite your best efforts in designing your product mistakes may occur, either with your images or the text you use. We accept that mistakes can happen.
Our Product Replacement Guarantee can be called upon in such circumstances. Simply contact us at support@snapdesigncreate.com, enclosing photos of the problem, and we can arrange things so that you can re-design and re-order the same product type with a 20% discount. We'll also provide you with free delivery.
COLOUR CONSISTENCY
High quality print machines, paper types, and work processes are used at our print partners to minimise colour variations. Having said that, you have to be aware that printing is a chemical process and 100% consistency cannot be achieved. Various factors influence the colour, consistency, and the final result: machine type, machine settings, paper types, humidity in the room, when the printing machine was last cleaned, just to mention a few possibilities.
Colour variations that may occur due to the above-mentioned reasons lie within what are considered to be acceptable tolerance levels and are not covered under the quality guarantee. However, if the product you receive is unacceptable to you we can arrange a free replacement product under our Product Replacement Guarantee.
REFUND FOR DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If you receive a defective or damaged order, such as damage to the delivered products, errors in the quantity of the delivered products, or lack of quality of the delivered products not caused by lack of quality of the content you provided, you can submit a new order, and we will cover the costs of the new order. If you are not satisfied with a replacement product in these circumstances a refund can be an option.
WRONG ADDRESS
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, your shipment will be returned and disposed of safely. Should you want to submit a new order with an updated address, you will be liable for the costs of that new order.
REJECTED BY THE RECIPIENT
If you reject the shipment during the delivery, the shipment will be returned and disposed of safely. Should you wish to submit a new order with an updated address, you will be liable for the costs of that new order.
UNCLAIMED DELIVERY
If you are not not able to receive the order at the address given, the shipments may be available for pick up at your local post office or carrier pick up point. Shipments that go unclaimed may be returned to the sender. In such cases a fresh order will need to be made, and the problem will need reporting. For these cases, we can arrange for the product price to be refunded.

If you’re not satisfied with the quality of the products you receive, please let us know. If mistakes have been made in the creation of your design we can arrange a free replacement product under our Product Replacement Guarantee. You need to get in touch with us as quickly as possible and certainly within 90 days of receiving the item and we’ll do everything we can to find a solution.
